Clay body - white stoneware
Decorated with 3 handpainted layers of base glaze then brushed and splattered oxide to create the mark making which was inspired by the beautiful winter foliage colour and movement of a tall garss (anemanthele lessoniana) which grows outside my kitchen window (see final image).

(if you do cook in this bowl, as with all ceramic cookware take care to avoid thermal shock - i.e. don't subject to sudden extreme temperature changes such as directly transferring from oven to cold water- as you may cause cracking)
