Handmade ceramic stoneware teapot collaboration with Harry Baker poet & John 1 the light shines in the darkness - Covid hope

'When this is over...' Tea for One

This piece, my final piece of 2020, is an expression of the pain, the hope and the love of this crazy year.

The words are inspired by the poetry of Harry Baker (@HarryBakerPoet to whom I am grateful for the creative collaboration) and by the Gospel of St John.

Hand-thrown and decorated

Multi-layered Celadon style glazes on white stoneware giving my 'Going Grey' speckled effect.

This teapot has 2 lids, for 2 looks (and just in case) and has a carved leaf-tea strainer internally.

Clay body - white stoneware

One only

Holds just over half a pint (perfect for a mug and a top up for one, or cups for 2)

Food safe; and dishwasher proof
